Requirements :

  • Grade 12 plus NQF Level 7/Degree in Public Administration. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience at a middle/senior management level in a Customer Relations Management environment managing service delivery for a suite of clients and providing day to day operational guidance. The successful completion of the Public Service Senior Management Leadership Programme as endorsed by the National School of Government available as an online course on www.thensg.gov.za. Possession of a valid driver’s licence. Competencies: Sound Management and leadership skills; Strategic Management skills; Customer Relations Management Skills; Conflict Management Skills and Cooperative Governance.

Duties :

  • Managing and overseeing the administration of housing Subsidy, Allocation and Beneficiary Administration daily; manage and oversees the approval process of Housing Subsidy, Allocation and Beneficiary Administration; manage and oversees the overriding process on the HSS on a regular basis and manage the processing of rejections of housing Subsidy Applications, Ensure strategic direction, leadership and management in the Service delivery Unit. Ensure cooperative governance in the business Unit. Manage the Performance Management System for reporting staff.
