The South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI) is looking for self-motivated individuals to capture Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) outputs into the EPWP reporting system for the Branch Programmes.

This position requires a diploma in office management/public management or equivalent and relevant qualification at NQF level 6. A Degree, or equivalent and relevant qualification at NQF 7 will be an added advantage. Ideally the successful candidates should have 3 years’ experience in data management and capturing or any related activity/ies.

The following competencies are required for the candidates to be successful in this position: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Word and some experience in customer service. The successful candidates should demonstrate high levels of attention to detail, accuracy and be able to work within a team and independently.

Key performance responsibilities include:
• Develop and maintain data management tools;
• Capture all allocated EPWP reports from programmes;
• Develop and maintain EPWP exception reports;
• Support in conducting EPWP data quality.
