Site Manager

We invite seasoned security professionals to take charge as Site Manager, overseeing our High-Net-Worth Families/ Corporates at designated sites. If you’re a proactive leader with a track record in security management, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and implement security protocols for optimal site safety.

· Supervise electronic security systems (biometrics, alarms, CCTV, electric fencing).

· Lead, train, and ensure peak performance of on-site guarding staff.

· Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

· Build and nurture strong client relationships.

Requirements:

· 5-7 years of solid experience in “Elite” estate security management.

· CSMP or equivalent certification.

· CPO qualified an advantage.

· PSIRA Registration.

· Handgun for Business Purposes Certificate.

· Knowledge of Firearms Control Act.

· SAPS Competency.

· Proven track record overseeing similar sites.

· Proven track record with technology (camera’s/alarms/fencing/CCTV).

· Comfortable with rotational shift-based role (12 hours per shift).

· Own reliable transportation.
