Oracom GmbH is a service provider for the real estate industry and specializes in the field of communication. Our service center receives inquiries from residents at the initial contact and processes over 80% of them immediately. This significantly reduces the burden on our customers.

Job Description
Telephone property and tenant support on behalf of property management companies, housing associations and institutions
You will take over telephone customer support, record requests in a special software application and forward them to the responsible contact person
They forward incoming calls directly to the desired caller
Collecting data from prospective tenants and existing customers
If necessary, initiate necessary measures (emergency reports, commissioning of tradesmen)

Qualifications
Career changers are welcome
Proficiency in written and spoken German is required
Pleasant, clear telephone voice
Service-oriented approach
Good PC and MS Office skills

Additional Information
Permanent employment
Full-time employment (40 hours/week)
BVG ticket / travel allowance
After successful training (approx. 4 weeks in the Berlin office), working at the location in Berlin-Grünau or home office is possible (min. 2 days of presence / month in the office)

compensation
Starting wage approx. €14.50 / h (€12.50 hourly wage + variable, performance-related bonus)
After 6 months approx. €15.50 / h (€13.00 hourly wage + variable, performance-related bonus)
After 1 year approx. 16.50 € / h (13.50 € hourly wage + variable, performance-related bonus)
