Duties and Responsibilties
-Process and post invoices and credit notes
-Reconcile creditors account and resolve queries
-Ensure timely payment s to creditor accourding to payment terms
-Confirm intercompany balances
-Verify invoices and documentations for creditor payment
-Follow up on missing documentations
-Authorise payment According to financial procedures
-Prepare paperwork for payment runs
-Monitor vendor account for up to date payment
-Forward proof of payment to suppliers
-Notes responsibilities may evolve to meet company needs
