Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Sales Trainer to join our team. The Product Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs designed to enhance the product knowledge and sales skills of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales training, product knowledge, and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and deliver product training programs for sales team members
Conduct training sessions on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop training materials and resources
Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales team members to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in selling our products
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new product offerings to continuously improve training programs
Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans
Track and report on training metrics and outcomes to measure effectiveness
Providing on-going refresher training to existing stuff in the region as per the required business needs
Assist with development of new training material for new products and services as required
Determine and identify training needs of individual and collaboration with business managers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience in sales training, product sales, or related field
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to motivate and engage sales team members
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software tools
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
