Main responsibilities:
Responsible for corporate financial reporting
Supervise and coordinate monthly finance /accounting closing process – responsible for timeliness and information
accuracy
Ensure corporate finance policies, accounting guidelines and country tax legislation requirements are followed and
implemented
Follow the changes in company policy, tax regulation and legislation
Provide direction and coaching & feedback to the whole finance team
Analyze commercial spends and help commercial team on ROI and profitability analysis
Ensure efficient Cash management
Ensure CEB, Commercial and NVO spends are within approved Budget / LE
Collaborate with HUB B&P in preparation of annual budget / quarterly estimates
Serve as a link between the subsidiary and HUB, Division Finance
Education/experience requirements:
Bachelors’ or Master’s Degree in Finance related field and/or formal Accounting qualification
5-10 years’s experience in a finance role
Proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
Personal attributes:
A team player with highly developed interpersonal skills that enable a good team performance
Strong leadership skills to challenge and influence commercial teams and develop junior team members
Objective and pragmatic
Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Ambitious and proactive, capable of challenging at all levels within the organization
Structured and organized, able to prioritize and manage several tasks simultaneously
Works with high levels of accuracy and attention to details
