We need great people who possess the grit and energy, which can effectively manage supplier profitability and drive top line turnover for the following categories: Baby, Health & Beauty, and Hardware Build.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Supply Chain or Marketing
Minimum of 5 years current buying experience across retail
Proven experience across one of the following categories: Baby, Health & Beauty, and Hardware Build
Internal stakeholder engagement with other buyers, stores, operations, marketing, Execs, Directors
External stakeholder engagement with suppliers
Solid systems knowledge – MS Office Suite, SAP, Bomm, Cube
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:

Nationally and regionally Supplier trade meetings and negotiations
Negotiate Trading term agreements and promotional grid including but not limited to cycle deals, promotion deals, special deals, price increases, etc.
Demand Planning and store execution
Responsible for Sales , Gross profit & Profitability within your category
Stock management control -Stores and DC
Promotions, Adverts, Campaigns, Themes, and Supplier Collaboration
Administration, Reports and Master Data management
Ranging, Store profiles, Planograms, Categorization and Product mix
Collaborate with Demand Planning
Plan the correct lines for adverts and make sure that the return of investment is met.
Responsible for overseeing the range and appropriate formats as per the company’s
New generation roll outs
Staff Management
