Job Description
Vacancy: Outbound & Inbound Sales Voice Logging Agent

Region: Bosasa

Reporting to: Call Centre Supervisor

Overall purpose of the job:

We are looking for Sales Voice Logging Agents that will be the liaison between our company and its existing customer base and new potential customers. The successful candidate will accept ownership by effectively capturing various products & services for existing and new potential clients. Must have a natural sales ability and be able to sustain relationships between various departments. Lastly, managing and achieving minimum service levels on the Inbound Campaign.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Selling multiple Fidelity ADT products and dialling various lead lists “cold calling”
Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
Handling and overcoming client objections, focussing on Opening, Closing, Telephone Etiquette etc.
Achieving daily and monthly sales conversions (must ask all clients for a referral lead)
Achieving daily Talk time & Number of Dials per day
Capturing large amounts of manual applications/sales in a timely manner
Verifying details and product with all applicants
Accurate scheduling of fitments/appointments
Liaising with clients via e-mail and phone
Achieving a minimum QA (Compliance & Quality Assurance)
Adherence to both Outbound/Inbound call centre “scripts
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Minimum qualifications and experience:

Matric / Grade 12
5 years+ experience in a Sales Outbound/Inbound call centre (telematics experience compulsory),
Proven track record of an Outbound/Inbound Sales Call Centre position
Must be flexible to work/be available on weekends and after hours if necessary.
1 Saturday per month is compulsory.
