About the role

The Systems Analyst will support the Delivery Lead in executing technology initiatives stemming from both Business Improvement and Digital Client Engagement teams. This role is critical in translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring successful implementation by Feature Teams across the bank.

Our ideal candidate has:
A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology – Computer science or Information Systems.

At least 3-5 years Systems Analyst experience

Proven experience in systems analysis or a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of system architecture, design principles, and software development life cycle (SDLC).

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
